BDL EV-575 2" Primary Drive Complete Assembly

The EV-575 gives the bikes that is is on a number of significant advantages over other aftermarket and stock primary drives. The reinforced 2" BDL belt was designed primarily to handle the high power motor output that is being produced by today's giant V-Twin power plants.

In addition, the the EV-575 primary is carved from a single chunk of billet for the motor plate. It's unique side guard and rear pulley cover along with the traditional BDL starter housing keep it strong. Every kit comes with state of the art clutch technology with BDL's patented Ball Bearing Clutch. This technology offers up to 30% more contact surface, reduced lever pull, smoother transition, super quiet operation and flawless clutch engagement.
